Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation Services

Cancellation Terms

  • Free Introductory Call (20 min): Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for reschedule. No refund applicable.
  • Single Consultation Session ($85): Cancel up to 48 hours in advance for full refund or rescheduling.
  • Six-Week Package ($420): 48-hour cancellation policy applies to each session. Unused sessions within the 6-week period may be rescheduled; after expiration, no refund.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows (missed appointments without cancellation) forfeit full payment.
  • Rescheduling within 48 hours is subject to availability and may incur a $15 rescheduling fee.

2. Educational Materials & Guides

  • Digital Guides & Resources: Once access is provided, these are non-refundable. No refund after download or access initiation.
  • Email Course Series: If canceled before first email, full refund. After first email sent, non-refundable.
  • Workshop Access: Cancellation up to 7 days before event: full refund. Less than 7 days: non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • To request a refund, contact info@filteringoebeaut.world with your booking confirmation.
  • Specify reason for cancellation and desired resolution (refund or reschedule).

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Consultations that have already been completed
  • Partially used courses or guide packages
  • Cancellations made outside the specified timeframe

5. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a $15 fee (waived if we initiate).
  • Consultations must be rescheduled within 30 days of original booking.
  • For package programs, sessions must be used within the stated program duration.

6. Exceptions & Special Cases

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties preventing consultation participation, contact us immediately to reschedule.
  • Facilitator Cancellation: If Filteringoebeaut cancels a consultation, we offer full refund or rescheduling at no cost.
  • Medical Emergency: Cancellations due to illness or emergency may be eligible for rescheduling without fee. Provide documentation if requested.

7. Disputes & Appeals

If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us within 14 days of communication. Provide details of your concern, and we'll review and respond within 5 business days.

8. Payment Methods

  • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
  • Payment processing may incur payment processor fees (not refundable).

9. Policy Changes

We may update this policy with notice. Changes apply to new bookings; existing bookings honor the policy in effect at time of booking.
